ABOUT THE AUTHOR—
DIPO KALEJAIYE, PHD, was former Associate Professor of English at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Maryland, USA. He has served as Professor and Head of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture at Lead City University, Ibadan, Nigeria. He is an award-winning poet, playwright, and theater director. Some of his awards include: Ina Coolbirth Prize for Poetry, The James D. Phelan Literary Award for Playwriting, and The San Francisco Full Circle Theater Award. His publications include the following books: The Father of Secrets, Letters to the Grammarians, The Creator and the Disrupter, Food for Masquerades (Novel), Polygyny, Polyandry, Poor Old Betsy, and The Graduate Palava. He divides his time between Nigeria and abroad.
